It also aimed to foster dialogue between stakeholders, encourage collective thinking, and sustainably strengthen the capacities of actors involved in the management of coastal and marine areas.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #262626;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p align=\"justify\">In 2012, the PRCM evolved from a program structure to a true partnership platform, reflecting its commitment to inclusion and co-creation. It now brings together nearly 80 members operating at the local, national, and regional levels,
