Are there any fees associated with organizing a side event or participating in a technical workshop?
No fees are required from participants whose side events have been validated by the organizing committee except for simultaneous translation.
What equipment and logistical services are available in the venues?
The rooms are equipped with essential equipment, including a video projector, screen, microphones, and internet connection. Any request for additional equipment is subject to availability and the partner's fees.
Can partners benefit from simultaneous translation and/or live streaming services for their events?
No. These services are not provided by the organizing committee. Interested organizations will have to cover the costs. However, the committee can put them in touch with service providers.
Is there a fee to participate in the forum?
Participation in the Regional Marine and Coastal Forum requires payment. All information is available on the website.
Is support provided for participants whose contributions have been accepted?
No. Acceptance of a contribution does not guarantee support from the organizing committee.
Is it possible to submit or accept a contribution after the closing deadline?
No. Contributions received after the deadline will not be considered.
How will I be notified of the acceptance of my contribution?
If your contribution is accepted, the organizing committee will contact you by email to inform you and provide you with the next steps and practical information.
Since 2004, the PRCM has organised the Regional Marine and Coastal Forum (FOMACO), which has become the essential meeting place for all stakeholders involved in the protection of marine and coastal ecosystems.
